Ness Botanic GardensNess Botanic Gardens

These Botanic Gardens have evolved since Arthur Kilpin Bulley 1861-1942 began to create a garden in 1898. In 1948 his daughter Lois gave the Gardens to the University of Liverpool, parts of the gardens are open to the public.

 

Tatton ParkTatton Park

Tatton Park: is a historic estate in Cheshire to the north of the town of Knutsford. It contains a mansion, Tatton Hall, a manor house dating from medieval times, Tatton Old Hall, gardens, a farm and a deer park of 2,000 acres (8.1 km2). It is a popular visitor attraction and hosts over 100 events annually such as the RHS Show. The estate is owned by the National Trust and administered in conjunction with Cheshire East Council. Parks and Gardens and are graded II.
